Matt Banthorpe has a varied past working in different environments, managing teams and work loads and specialising in various engineering disciplines. At Ebble Group his responsibilities range from immediate problem solving for breakdowns and technical issues to new product design and confirming drawings and specifications with customers.
In his normal role he will be present in the factory to oversea engineering for the most part but also spending time with customers to deliver training, install new systems and work with existing machines for upgrades and servicing.
A keen runner and obstacle course racer, Matt puts the same dedication into his role as he does into his overnight endurance races and ultra marathons. Enjoying using the right tool for the job, Matt spends 90% of his salary on shoes for running on different surfaces.
